Between hiring somebody and signing an agency retainer there's a lot of work that never gets done. Tenacity takes that work, prices it up front and delivers it.
Companies that need discrete projects done without adding headcount. The site names startups, consulting firms, professional services, nonprofits and government contractors.
The price is fixed before the work starts, which is the opposite of how agencies bill. The site puts it at roughly a third of typical agency cost and says it accepts the top 5% of specialist applicants.
Contributions go into the fund that writes them. If Tenacity exits one day, our share comes back to the fund and goes out again, which is what makes us an evergreen fund.

A marketplace for the toys, tapes, clothes and tech people grew up with, from the '80s through Y2K.
Lets founders and creatives trade services with each other instead of paying cash.
