Founded by Anna DeShawn
Anna DeShawn's company runs E3 Radio, a 24/7 online station of music by queer artists, the weekly Queer News podcast, and The Qube, a discovery platform built to amplify Black and Brown podcasts.

E3 Radio and Queer News keep publishing, and The Qube is in its first phase, building a database of Black and Brown podcasts toward a beta launch. Updated October 2026.
The company owns all of it, so no outside platform's algorithm decides which voices get heard.
Listeners looking for Black, Brown and queer voices, and the podcast creators who make them.
The Qube is building a database of Black and Brown podcasts that listeners help grow by nominating shows, and creators keep full ownership of their work. It also produces its own shows, Qube Originals, and pressed a vinyl compilation of Black and Brown podcasts.
"When TikTok went dark, I was inspired to find a way to take back control of our voices. To put them somewhere they can't be erased."
Contributions go into the fund that writes them. If E3 Radio exits one day, our share comes back to the fund and goes out again, which is what makes us an evergreen fund.
Ticketing and event software for the hosts who shape Black culture, with service fees shared back to them.
Fund accounting for nonprofits, so money restricted to a purpose is tracked to that purpose.

Threat detection and encryption for critical infrastructure and the organizations legacy vendors ignore.
Updates on the founders we back and the work behind the checks.
