Jeff Osuji

"Fifth Star Funds' investment in Eventnoire helped accelerate the development of our front end... Having their support changed my mindset and gave me a sense of pride knowing that I was not alone on this journey."

Jeff Osuji, co-founder, Eventnoire

Jeff Osuji co-founded Eventnoire with Femi Masha in Chicago. Before the company, Jeff was the one his friends and family came to when they needed money. Eventnoire was our ninth check.

Where they are now

Winner of 1871's 2026 Social Impact Award.

Updated September 2026.

What they do

Most ticketing platforms keep the attendee service fee. Eventnoire shares it back with the host, and pays organizers through Stripe as tickets sell rather than weeks afterward.

Who it's for

Event-goers on one side, and the organizers, creators and brands who host on the other.

What's different

The economics. Fees go back to the host and there are no processing fees on the payout.

What they've done, with sources
Back a founder

Every Fifth Star company gets the same $25,000 check.

Contributions go into the fund that writes them. If Eventnoire exits one day, our share comes back to the fund and goes out again, which is what makes us an evergreen fund.
